Core Memories

Role: Event Planner

As an Event Manager, I dedicated myself to the role with unwavering commitment, often sacrificing sleep to ensure the success of each event. Throughout the planning and execution process, I tirelessly worked to maintain professionalism and confidentiality for both peers and new students. Collaborating closely with supervisors, campus partners, and external stakeholders, I navigated the complexities of event logistics with precision and efficiency, striving to deliver exceptional Orientation programming. Despite the inevitable challenges, including long hours and sleepless nights, my passion for creating memorable experiences remained undiminished, driving me to uphold the highest standards and prioritize the safety and satisfaction of 7000+ incoming students. Additionally, I took pride in my role as a first aid-trained individual, ensuring the well-being of both attendees and team members, while also overseeing a thorough hiring and onboarding process to maintain a cohesive and effective team.
